Withdrawal requests must be reviewed and approved by the Exclusive Online Casino finance department before being sent out as for payments. Upon making a withdrawal request a player will be required to send in valid identification documentation confirming player’s age and address. Withdrawal will only be processed for payment when Exclusive Online Casino has received all requested identification documents.
Acceptable identification documentation includes, but not limited to:
- Copy of ID (Colored copy of both back and front)
- Copy of all the credit cards used (Colored copy of both back and front). The company requires only the first six (6) and last four (4) digits of the card for verification with a copy of the player’s signature on the back of the card.

- Utility bill, or any other official document that contains both player’s current physical address and his/her full name on, not older than 3 (three) months.
*Note: the Credit Card Authorization Agreement should be provided for each and every card successfully used for transactions with the Casino prior to the withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal request in case the Player fails to provide any of aforementioned Authorization Agreements.
Exclusive Online Casino does not charge the player any fees for any of his withdrawal methods, however, the player’s payment processor or bank may levy a processing fee to the withdrawal which the player is responsible for.
